Who is responsible

The party responsible for the processing of your data is Miguel Guillén Danel, with an address for the purposes of this notice in Mexico City, Mexico, and contact email miguel@grupometropoli.com.mx.

What data I collect

Only your email address, and only when you write it voluntarily in the newsletter subscription field.

I do not collect your name, phone number, postal address, or financial data. I do not collect sensitive personal data.

The site uses an analytics tool that installs no cookies and identifies no one: it only counts visits in aggregate and anonymously.

What I use it for

To send you the Moments of Stillness newsletter and, occasionally, notices related to it. Nothing else.

I do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for commercial purposes.

Where your data lives

The newsletter is run with Substack Inc., a company established in the United States. When you subscribe, your email is stored on their platform and is also subject to their terms and their privacy policy.

This transfer is necessary in order to provide you with the service you requested.

Your rights

You may access your data, rectify it, cancel it, or object to its processing, as well as withdraw your consent at any time.

The fastest route is the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email I send you: it takes effect immediately.

You can also write to me at miguel@grupometropoli.com.mx and I will handle your request.
